Job Description & Purpose:

We are looking for a “Senior Full-Stack Software Developer” to work on our client device Windows application and admin web portal developing back-office functionality. This position is all about full stack development using C# with dot Net & dot Net Core, Typescript, Angular, HTML5 & CSS, and working with Restful APIs and SQL.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in object-oriented programming, agile development methodologies, and a deep understanding of design principles and patterns. The candidate should be well-versed in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of projects across the entire stack. You would be joining a small team solving the challenges that impact both the front-end and back-end architecture and ultimately delivering amazing patient experiences.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:

Overall Responsibility:

• • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• • Apply object-oriented design principles and SOLID principles to create maintainable and extensible code.
• • Work on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integrate systems in a distributed environment.

Programming Skills:

• • Strong programming skills in C#.
• • Experience in Web Services, Web API, and Micro Services.
• • Experience in Angular 4+ technologies [Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS].
• • Experience in Windows development using [WPF].

Database Skills:

• • Strong knowledge of RDBMS.
• • Strong in PL/SQL.
• • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2012+ and Microsoft Azure SQL.

Development Environments & Platforms:

• • Software Development for Windows 10 OS.
• • Experience in Visual Studio from 2013 onwards.
• • Experience in Visual Studio Code.
• • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft .Net 4.0 + platform.
• • Good understanding of IoT environment and related plugins (e.g., SignalR, etc).

Software Configuration Management:

• • Good understanding of GIT, TFS, etc.

Advantages / Wish List / Nice to have:

• • Understanding of Linux environment.
• • Understanding of Android development environment.
• • Understanding of NoSQL database system.

Experience & Qualification:

• • Bachelor's Degree in BSc Comp Sci / B.Eng Computer, BSc Eng/ B.Eng (Electrical and Computer), BEng, etc. or equivalent/greater [Minimum NQF 7] and demonstration of Continued Education beneficial.
• • Have around 2-5 years of actual software development experience in full life-cycle website development - working with API integrations, and Git | post-qualified experience preferred.
• • Have experience delivering high-availability environments.
• • Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
